LA Times Reports 4,000 Take Part in "Russian March"

This LA Times article paints a much darker picture of the march than other accounts I've seen, which characterize it as an utter failure by the Russian far-right. In this article, the number of marchers is listed as 4,000 (compared to 1,000 anti-facsist marchers), whereas other media accounts list 1,000 from each side. Generally, I think the LA Times does a better job reporting Russia than other US papers, but I wonder why their numbers are so different.
